• Get in touch so we can talk through your idea. 
• I'll ask you a bunch of questions and we can both decide if the project is a good fit. 
• Once we're in agreement, I'll send you a quote.

• I take 50% deposit upfront so that I can buy supplies for your project. 
• You'll send me lots of reference photos.
• We'll agree on a concept sketch so I can start working your piece. 

• Once painting has begun, you'll get regular updates and photos, to ensure I'm aligning to your vision. 
• Once you have signed off the final piece, I'll invoice you for the final 50% payment.
• Oil paintings will need some drying time before shipping!
